In Mumbai, You can get this card request processed either at Kurla ST Bus depot, Parel ST Bus depot, and Mumbai Central ST Bus depot.

Sukuarwadi ST Bus Depot in Borivali (East) does not process this 10% discount card request.

How to get 10% Discount Card for Traveling in Asiad buses and Maharashtra ST Buses

Some State Transport (ST) bus depots process these discount card requests. 

According to the below mentioned picture, you need the following for application of the 10% discount card:
 - 2 ID card size photos
 - A Filled Form
 - and 200 Rs

After your discount card request is accepted, mostly you will get it in around 1 week time. For collecting the discount card, you have to go to the corresponding bus depot where you applied for it.

About this 10% Discount Card:
- 10% Discount Card for travelling in Asiad buses and Maharashtra ST Buses
- This card is valid for 1 year
- This Card gives an insurance of 150000 rupees.
- This card is valid for Asiad and Maharashtra ST Buses 
- Show this card while booking tickets at ticket booking counter or show to the bus conductor when you get ticket in bus.
- If this card is used for advance reservation of bus tickets, then this card has to be shown to bus conductor when you onboard the bus.


Other Notes of this Card (Per my opinion and experience):
- This card is not valid for Shivneri bus tickets.
- Cannot use this discount card for online booking of Asiad or Maharashtra ST buses.
- Card discount does not apply for other buses, say, for APSRTC bus from Hinjewadi stop to Dadar this card discount does not work.
